Realtor wanting Lifetime Rights? Posted: 10 Nov 2020 10:33 AM PST I have a service agreement in my webpage that states I own the photos and am licensing them to my client for one year or until the house sells, whichever comes first. My first client ever is saying they thought they had lifetime rights and could use a set of photos from condo number 301, for condo number 701... Am I crazy for thinking they're crazy?! While I don't mind just buying more hard drives I was wondering what you all do. How long do you guys keep files?
