Real Estate Photography: Photographers turned investors |
| Photographers turned investors Posted: 10 Jan 2021 01:10 PM PST Does anyone here actively look into buying the properties they shoot? I've been wanting to get into real estate investing. I shoot many distressed properties for whole sellers. I am now in a position to buy property to rehab and rent/flip. Has anyone in this sub bought a house they were initially hired to shoot? How did you go about making your offer? What was the end result? [link] [comments] |
