Cold Calling Accountability Partner Posted: 29 Apr 2020 05:37 PM PDT I'm looking for an accountability partner or even a group to make cold calls with over zoom. Looking for motivated people that are willing to keep each other accountable and crushing call numbers. You can comment or dm me if you're interested. [link] [comments] |
Realtor on top of Freelance Marketer Posted: 29 Apr 2020 08:31 PM PDT I currently work as a freelance videographer and digital marketer. Videos are my main gig but drive a lot of the ads. I'm curious about becoming a realtor on top of this. I don't necessarily work a 40hr a week freelancing, so does being a realtor sound like a realistic second job? Is there an issue with being "part-time?" I do occasionally video weddings/events too and I'm sure those aren't at ideal times. The original idea came from the fact that realtors often pay me for video/photos or marketing work. Will this give me a leg up as a new realtor? All my listings can have high-quality videos and photos at no cost to me. I can do my own SEO work. I'll be able to have solid digital content, and I have in-person sales experience as well. I feel like this could also help me prove my value to clients. Am I missing anything? Will my skills not hold as much value as I think? Is starting real estate in 2020 as a 25-year-old worth it? I appreciate any input. [link] [comments] |
Spill the beans on FHA203K loans Posted: 29 Apr 2020 07:21 PM PDT |
Posted: 29 Apr 2020 07:16 PM PDT I hear all about it. Considering my family is moderate income. Can I help my father apply to a NACA loan compared to a FHA loan? Any pros cons or benefits? I'd appreciate some help. We live in Los Angeles if it makes a difference [link] [comments] |
Looking for realtor colleagues in other states Posted: 29 Apr 2020 05:33 PM PDT Sorry if this type of thread has been posted recently but just wondering if there were any realtors on this subreddit who would be interested in chatting, venting, etc. I am friendly with many realtors in my area but I think it would be helpful to talk to realtors outside of my network, people I would never been in a transaction with, etc. I live in CT so I'm looking for people in any other state. I've been an agent for 2 years, a little slow to get going I guess, making small mistakes here and there and trying to learn from it and grow and would love others' help. Feel free to send me a pm or any pointers to find realtors to chat with. Thanks! [link] [comments] |
