Please help... what do you do when your clients refuse to pay even when you’ve given them a deal?!

So I'm a newer business owner and this agent I know hired me on to help with a huge million dollar listing he has. I've done a CRAP load of work for him, and I let him know I would give him a discount since he was nice enough to let me take this listing. I am in NO WAY new to listing photography or videography, and I've done luxury homes before. But this property is unique and I thought it would be a good idea to lock it down for my portfolio.

I sent him an invoice today. I sent him what the invoice would be without any discounts, close to a grand and that is with competitive pricing. His invoice was $670.

He sent me a message and says he wants to "discuss". I'm a little pissed because I've knocked the invoice down over $300. I've probably put over 20 hrs of work into his stuff and that price is beyond reasonable.

Here are links to the invoices for more info and for you guys to review my pricing. Am I being unreasonable here?
