My seller left his house FITHY. Won't clean it Posted: 29 Jun 2020 06:33 PM PDT Had final walk-through tonight and the buyer's agent sent me a bunch of pics of nastiness in the house. My client doesn't want to do another thing for the buyers. He has treated it like a confrontational situation not a mutually beneficial arrangement. This isn't a trailer, it's a fairly nice house in a good neighborhood. I believe that the buyers have every right to be annoyed and told him so. But he refuses. I am also representing him on the purchase of a new lot subject to sale of this property which he told me he's ready to throw away. What would you say to him? My mind is blown that he would dismiss this common courtesy. [link] [comments] |
Tips for studying for your real estate license? Posted: 30 Jun 2020 01:16 PM PDT Im currently about 1/3rd of the way through my course in California. Ive been told the state exam is fairly difficult. Just curious if anyone had any tips on studying or retaining all this information. Any advice is appreciated! [link] [comments] |
New to North Carolina Real Estate Posted: 30 Jun 2020 12:59 PM PDT I am looking for a brokerage in Western North Carolina that offers 100% commission and low fees. Any suggestions? I am an experienced realtor in another state however I just moved to NC. [link] [comments] |
Is there a site/app that tells you demographics around an address? Posted: 30 Jun 2020 10:49 AM PDT I'm looking for my next home. I see lots of information for zip code demographics, but don't really see neighborhood demographics - IE population density, household income, etc. The best thing I can find is an app called "The right move". It allows me to enter an address, and does a 0.5 mile radius search for demographics. Unfortunately it uses 2010 data. Is there something out there that fits my needs, but with updated data? Can someone explain this market to me? Complete seller's market? Will it die down? Posted: 29 Jun 2020 11:39 PM PDT I assumed COVID would have launched a buyer's market with not many individuals wanting to take on a large investment, but the complete opposite has happened. It's been a complete seller's market. Is this just a bubble about to die down? Should buyers be waiting a few months before jumping into the market and hopefully not overpaying? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 30 Jun 2020 07:53 AM PDT Any advice for a new agent trying to get a process in place to project tax liability and make sure I'm saving the right amount? Do any banks or apps automatically withhold estimated taxes and divert them to a separate account? [link] [comments] |
