Issues in camera with flash trigger attached Posted: 11 Oct 2020 09:10 AM PDT I recently decided to upgrade from HDR shooting to an off camera flash (Godox ad200 pro). I'm using a x-pro s trigger to set off the flash with my Sony A7iii. The issue is that if the trigger is on the hot shoe, when I adjust my shutter speed the exposure isn't changing on my camera display. So I'm left having to chimp after every shot to see if the exposure is right. I've done some research and I can't find a solution to my problem. Any Sony shooters out there able to help me out? GEAR RECOMMENDATIONS: Monopod and Flash for Flambient!! Posted: 11 Oct 2020 09:15 AM PDT Hey guys! I'm looking for getting a monopod, mostly for virtual tours as I am planning on getting a Theta Z1 soon. >$100 if possible, but i am open to any suggestions if you think its worth spending extra!! I am also looking to practice flambient photography. I need a flash. Ive seen people use handheld battery operated flashes, and ive also seen flashes on stands used. What do you recommend and if you could link your gear on amazon/etc that would be so so helpful!! [link] [comments] |
Drone replacement recommendations Posted: 10 Oct 2020 10:01 PM PDT Well, my trusty phantom 3 pro had a rough crash, all systems still working however the shell has some issues. I can still operate it but its life will likely be limited and once the replacement parts arrive it will be reserved for back up duty. So I am in the market for a new drone. No real Budget but wouldn't mind keeping it under 5grand , Looking to buy the best of the best in the prosumer and up. I don't need any payload like RED cameras, but SLR quality would be nice to go along with my interior photo quality. [link] [comments] |
