Real Estate Photography: Starting a 360 Virtual Tour Business

Hello,

I'm thinking of starting a business doing solely 360 virtual tours without having any prior experience in photography.

In my country there are only around 5 people that offer 360 virtual tours.

I have a budget of 2500 USD. I'm thinking about getting The Ricoh Theta Z1 and The Manfrotto VR PIXI EVO Kit.

Do you think the new Ricoh Z will be released soon?

Do you think I can succeed doing 360 only?

Ps any tips or advice will be appreciated.
