Commercial Real Estate - Florida - What should I know?

    Posted: 07 May 2020 07:12 PM PDT

I had an interview with a local Florida based (but large) commercial real estate office. I have my RE license, I have a background in development, a degree in Economics, so I have a business background.

I know most real estate brokerages take on anyone, but do commercial firms? If they ask me to place with them, what should I know going in vs residential. What do you wish you had known?

Real estate license online Prep Maryland

    Posted: 07 May 2020 04:54 PM PDT

Hello Realtors, I know this question has been asked in the past but I wanted to get information Maryland specific. What would you suggest a good prep website to prepare for the real estate exam. I noodles through Long and Foster and Douglas Realty website and they have CE shop as the listed place for studying purpose. Is CE good enough and covers the aspects needed to pass the national and state exam? Would really appreciate a reply. Thanks
