Advice Request - What strategies work for finding clients?

    Hi, everyone.

I'm currently in the midst of trying to get the ball rolling on my Real Estate Photography business. All of the properties I've shot thus far have happened via friend referral. I've cobbled together a hodgepodge of a portfolio, and I've started to reach out to realtors that I have no previous connection with.

    That's where I've gotten stuck.

Of the 20+ emails I've sent thus far, I've received zero replies over the course of about a two week period. I'm not doing something right, and I can't figure out what.

I'm introducing myself, offering to shoot a listing at no cost, and providing a link to my portfolio. I am aware that there is something to be desired with my portfolio and website, but dealing with the tried and true conundrum of needing experience to get experience.

When you were starting out, what strategies helped you to find clients?

What listing websites are you looking through to collect contact information?

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you,

Critique My First Real Estate Shoot | Single Speedlight Flambient Technique w/ A7III

    Hello All,

I've been watching hours worth of Nathan Cool and Rich Baum on YouTube and recently shot my friend's house as my first real estate shoot. I used a Godox speedlight with the a7III. It wasn't a client shoot so I didn't shoot the entire house.

I'm a filmmaker but looking to jump into RE Photography as side-hustle this coming year and would appreciate any critique.

I'm still working on getting verticals right in camera and not getting color cast when blending in Photoshop. Any tips, tricks, or critiques help.

    Thank you!
