Help please: web links in 360 tours

Hey folks! I want to create a 360 tour wherein the viewer can click on hotspots which will show a link to a webpage and some info. The idea here is to make a virtual shopping experience that links to an online store - diverging slightly from real estate photography, but utilizing the same gear. I've been trying out various tour software but I'd rather ask the community than try them all (there are a lot!) and have to subscribe to something only to find out it's not what I need. So, what tour creation tools have the best specifically for hotspot weblink integrations? Thanks!

With such a large selection of products I offer, where do I start with a brand new client?

I've been holding off on contacting realtors, some for over a year, because I simply don't know where to begin my elevator pitch and don't want to (as someone else put it) "poison the pond". I feel like I really only have one good shot because reaching out to someone time and time again may, and will, prove to be annoying.

I offer everything from the basics: photo, video, drone, etc. to commercials, headshots, etc. and I would (humbly) say I am very proficient in all of the services I deliver.

Should I just ask the realtor where they think they themselves are lacking in terms of marketing? I don't want to overwhelm anyone and list off the 10 services I offer, but feel each is important as the last (ie. a good headshot is great to have for online marketing and so are good property photos).
