When do edits become worth charging additional fees over?

Hey all, I recently had a broker reach out for some interior/exterior/drone photos of a commercial space. The entire experience has been sort of a disaster. He is out of state and put me in contact with someone on-site who would let me into the building to shoot the interior. The on-site contact clearly had no idea I was coming or even why I was there to take pictures (awkward). Broker also said the building would be empty due to COVID which was not at all the case. However, I did the best I could, delivered the photos, and got paid.

He sent back some pretty standard edit requests which I worked through and sent back the final files (or so I thought). He sent me an email this morning asking if I could remove all of the power lines from the drone shots (there are a shit ton of them - some of them run over a brick wall on the side of the building which would be an XXL headache). I told him I could attempt to clean them up but that it would be a large undertaking and would require "beyond normal" editing - which would be an additional cost. He sent me back the proposal I originally sent to him and highlighted the line where I say "will accommodate second round edits at client request". Under the editing portion of the proposal, I say the normal stuff (color correcting, fixing lighting issues, vertical alignment, removing minor imperfections, etc.). I responded and said that the additional edits he sent me yesterday were technically the "second round" as I had already edited them before he ever saw the photos and that even without that round of edits, this goes way outside the scope of removing minor imperfections. I can tell this guy has no idea the amount of work that would go into removing the power lines and probably just assumes it can be done with the click of a button.

I'm torn because I kind of want to tell the guy to get lost, but at the same time, I do know he has a few other commercial listings in the area that all have horrid photos and he's willing to pay a decent rate.

What would ya'll do with this? Also, I haven't sent him back a quote for the insane edit request he made and was curious how much people would charge for something like that?

Edit: also if anyone has insight on how to better word the editing portion on project proposals so I don't run into this again, that'd be great too.
