Real Estate Photography: Anyone become an agent after shooting photos? |

Anyone become an agent after shooting photos? Posted: 26 Mar 2020 06:52 PM PDT I know there are quite a few people here that are realtors learning to shoot their own homes. But I was curious if anyone has become an agent after shooting RE for awhile and how has it gone? One thing I learned doing this is most agents are super cheap and terrible salesmen. Posted: 26 Mar 2020 06:12 PM PDT Is anybody doing Zillow 3D Home tours? I have a few questions. Do you have to use the Ricoh theta camera or can you use a different 360 camera? Do you have to have the Zillow 3D home app to upload or can you just send the images to your client and they can upload to their account themselves? I'm new to this, so any info would be much appreciated. Thanks! [link] [comments] |
Posted: 25 Mar 2020 09:31 PM PDT So just so backstory I've been shooting for 10 years in other photography industries, have been quite successful in those and been published in some of the biggest publications but for some reason with real estate I keep undermining myself since it's still new to me but I have somewhat of a solid portfolio from traveling and staying at nice hotels which I shot for fun. Here is what I realized tonight:
I rarely do posts like this but it's been comforting to think about it this way and if there's other people starting out and feeling the same way about rates. Last night I sent a realtor this rate finally and decided I didn't want to go lower so I guess ill see haha. [link] [comments] |
