The cost of the pandemic this far

2 buyers and 3 sellers have now decided to wait until summer.

2 months of no listings wont kill me but hell I was really hyped for CRUSHING it this busy season. Alas, TX has a shelter in place order.

    How are you generating leads?

If you were a new agent, how would you go about generating leads amidst this Covid19 times.

Any suggestions and ideas would be greatly appreciated.

How do you capitalize on recent sales? I closed 3 deals in the last few weeks, but feel like I’m not properly using that success to leverage more activity.

Is there any pushback against the NY and PA real estate shutdown?

    Posted: 20 Mar 2020 03:17 PM PDT

It's absurd to close down the whole practice of real estate statewide.

I can see disallowing open houses, but if you're an agent and you've already met your client, there will be no additional exposure when going house to house (especially using gloves/sanitizer)

Has there been any pushback? Either by individuals or industry groups? Or is everyone just deciding they don't need to feed their families anymore?
