How have your Ads changed in the last week(s)? Posted: 25 Mar 2020 08:55 AM PDT Pretty much the title! Just want to see how your online ads have changed over the last few weeks (if at all). I am working on new campaigns and would love to hear some suggestions. [link] [comments] |
Should I invest in my own front door ? Posted: 25 Mar 2020 11:56 AM PDT Hi guys. I have an appartement with a shared front door. After the front door there is a small hallway with 2 entrances to an appartment. If I rebuild the hallway so we all get our own front door. Does that increase the value of the property? If so, by how much? [link] [comments] |
Doing business with Shelter in Place Posted: 25 Mar 2020 11:22 AM PDT My state is going to announce a shelter in place order today. So far with this Coronavirus I have been busier than I ever have been and have buyers looking at houses and some are on a real time crunch. I would like to hear from people who have been under shelter in place already, has everything been put on hold or how have you been carrying on while this is happening? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 24 Mar 2020 09:19 PM PDT Thank you first off for clicking on my post. I have been looking for an experienced realtor who knows the location I'm looking to buy in. 32 F, single with an lender approval at $345,000 but most comfortable in the $325,000 range. I searched for the perfect realtor, I reached out to one, we had our first meeting, she was early ( I've been forgotten about before) so that was great she seems to understand my wants and once I told her my amount everything changed since then. No more emails or texts. I understand time is money but damn. It's like that? I need feedback on this before I start feeling worse about house hunting. Are all realtors like this? What should my next move be? Thanks in advance! [link] [comments] |

Minor technical question: Does shower head belong to the house? Posted: 24 Mar 2020 02:29 PM PDT I know given the current market turmoil, this might not even be an appropriate time to ask such a nuanced question, but I'm genuinely curious and we can't all worry ourselves to death about things out of our control. I'm the seller and am currently in contract. I moved out of the house into a renta before the first showingl. I had this 6-year old flex stem showerhead that I liked, so I moved it with me to the rental. But for the showing, I temporarily installed the one I took from the rental. I knew I need it back to keep so I can still put it back on in the future when I move out -- it belongs to the landlord. I always included in the supplemental seller checklist (19 pages) that "I will take the showerhead for you to install your own" and explained that to my listing agent before. Now that I'm emptying the house out in preparation for the buyers, I took the temporary shower down. I think my agent forgot what I said to him (like many other things) because he emailed me today that the buyer's agent "noticed" the showerhead gone, and "There must be ideally the same variety, and at the very least some passable equivalent shower head in place." I reminded him of what I said before and also the disclosure, but I told him since it bothers them, I'd buy one and install it. It's a tiny little purchase ,but I'm genuinely curious: is the showerhead considered part of the house that must stay with the house? [link] [comments] |
