As a full time realtor, do I qualify for any financial assistance during this coronavirus crisis? Posted: 07 Apr 2020 06:06 PM PDT Hi. I dont know where to start. Has any realtor been applying for financial assistance and what are they? Do realtors qualify for unemployment benefits? Do realtors qualify for the stimulus package? Thank you for your help. When the seller is listed on MLS as "Equitable Owner" what does that mean? Posted: 08 Apr 2020 06:15 AM PDT (1st Post) Fairly new agent in PA. I come across some properties on the MLS where the seller is listed as "Equitable Owner." What exactly does this mean? Are these red flags for Daisy Chaining? Do you want to stay away from these deals? [link] [comments] |
Cheapest commission advance company? Posted: 08 Apr 2020 09:46 AM PDT Unfortunately, I'm tight and need to get a commission advanced. Does anyone know of any promos/discounts going on right now? Closing is set for May 14 (hopefully...lol). Any recommendations? [link] [comments] |

Zoom/google hangouts “get together” Posted: 07 Apr 2020 01:10 PM PDT Would anyone from this group want to have a Zoom or Google Hangouts virtual meet up and chat about real estate, CRM, lead gen, etc? I think it would be fun and beneficial! Let me know :) [link] [comments] |
Finding owner info on big list of properties? Posted: 07 Apr 2020 07:36 PM PDT I have a pretty decent size list of homes which includes Parcel I.D. and physical address. I know I could go to my Board of Assessors website and manually input each of them in one at a time, but that would take me about a week. Can anyone recommend a website or vendor that could give me the owner's mailing info with that data I have? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 07 Apr 2020 02:14 PM PDT First land deal.. do I need to have my buyer get an inspection? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 07 Apr 2020 12:40 PM PDT I have a new listing that I would like to do a video walk through tour for. Any advice on how to make something like that look professional? I'm hoping for a simple and free editing app, yet something that will be more realistic than the virtual tour aka slideshow I'm already using. I'd rather not give of a Blair Witch vibe. Posted: 07 Apr 2020 12:35 PM PDT I use Chime CRM. I am digging into everything this CRM has to offer. I want to know how other Realtors are utilizing their CRM systems outside of just updating the lead profiles, sending listings. market reports and staying in contact. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 07 Apr 2020 11:55 AM PDT Have any of you had to postpone basically everything you had planned this quarter? Ive mutually delayed basically all showings or visits to properties and thus about all my RE activity outside of market research for individuals, all of which is being done online obviously. How are you all dealing with this? There are obvious financial issues, but what I'm mainly getting at is what are we all doing to remain as productive as possible for our goals at this time. (P.S. while I know its necessary I find marketing of services at this time to be in somewhat poor taste outside of online ads and just getting your name out there and into someones phonebook for FUTURE use. Ex of what Im trying to avoid sounding like: "Hey would you like me to take you into someone else's home/office so you can be around a ton of germs while the governor has made everything about the outside world illegal right now????" Obviously exaggerated for humor, but still...) [link] [comments] |
