    Pandemic Unemployment Assistance Question

    Posted: 11 Apr 2020 03:22 AM PDT

I got my license in oklahoma around January this year and had just started actively working as a realtor mid February and have not closed a deal or anything yet. I have stopped showing homes to clients to try and prevent spreading. Since it is my full time job and have no other job and no 1099 from last year would i still be eligible for PUA? All I have for last year is a w2 but I only worked with that employer until March of 2019 and haven't had an actual job or income since. I've tried to google it, ,but cant find any info. Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated.

Referral community on reddit or other?

    Posted: 10 Apr 2020 08:19 PM PDT

Is there a community on Reddit (or any other platform other than Facebook) where one can find other agents across the country willing to take a referral client?

    UPDATE:

Seeing some interest in this topic, I am preparing to set up a community for real estate referrals. When you create a community, you can pick a category (or "other"). Here are the categories that I thought would be best fit:

    A) Business, Economic, Finance B) Careers C) Marketplace and Deals

    I am leaning towards C.

    What do y'all think?

What are the tools that you pay for monthly?

Would love to get a list of tools that you all use on a monthly basis. Here are some that I pay for. I'm based in the SF Bay Area.

Canva - for all things marketing related

    Glide - for Disclosure packets

    DisclosuresIO - for Disclosure packets

Everlance - for tracking mileage and expenses

Edit: thanks for all of the comments. Crazy how many CRMs are being used! I forgot to mention that I also pay/use Docusign and Mailchimp.

    Cold calling

How is your cold calling going recently? Are you still getting leads or are people not interested due to the virus? Or have you stopped cold calling for the time being?

Is it worth it to be a real estate agent?

    Posted: 10 Apr 2020 04:04 PM PDT

Hello everyone! I've been considering for the past few months if I wanna become a real estate agent or not. Everyone I talk to says it's the best choice they made and how they don't regret it at all. I'm wondering even in times like this pandemic do you still find it worth it to be a real estate agent?

    What would you non-Criminal/Fraud

I only asked this question because Someone else was worrying about a minor offense preventing them from getting their license. It made me curious as to what opinions would be in regards to the situation.
