Posted: 27 May 2020 07:04 PM PDT I currently use a Ricoh Theta Z1 w/ Matterport software. The app has major alignment issues with the z1, I updated the firmware tonight I'm hoping that helps. I'm curious what others are using for vr software. [link] [comments] |
What is your turnaround for video? Posted: 27 May 2020 09:25 AM PDT Hey guys! I'm new here, I apologize if this is the wrong sub for this question, please let me know if so and I will move. I'm a new business owner and I specialize in photography and videography for real estate. I recently had 2 luxury gigs. I just finished editing video for one and about to start on the other. Combined these homes total over 11k sq ft! I'm finding that I feel like I'm SUPER slow when it comes to getting these videos to my clients. It takes me about 4 days. Is this unheard of? I edit in Premiere Pro. I integrate drone, walkthrough video, and also add custom written voiceover. I'm frustrated because the one agent I've been working with is a bit high strung (aren't they all haha?) and he calls me like 2 times a day and interrupts my work flow just for me to call him back and tell him I'm plugging away and he will have it when it is finished. I've gotten to the point that I'm putting my phone away while I'm editing during the day to avoid the distractions. Is this normal? How do you guys deal with this? I'm super dedicated to offering a cinematic and quality product for my clients, but I worry that I take WAY too long compared to my competition, though I'm not sure how long they take to deliver video. I know as I do more I will get faster. Just wondering if anyone had any best practices or tips to share for quicker delivery? Thanks! [link] [comments] |
