How do you use your Virtual Assistant? Posted: 28 Jun 2020 09:16 AM PDT I've been considering a VA for some time for my investing business. As a newer agent it would be great to have someone to help with that too... What are your favorite tasks for your VA (that they can legally do)? [link] [comments]
Posted: 27 Jun 2020 07:12 PM PDT Fellow broker here. I'm looking for ways to stay updated on stuff like mortgage rates, real estate news, etc. Does anyone subscribe to good e-newsletters? If yes, what is it, and what do you like about it? How does it help you in your RE career? Anything you wish it had? [link] [comments]

Massachusetts - Swing Set Question Posted: 28 Jun 2020 06:20 AM PDT Seller's agent in MA. Is a swing set that is screwed into the ground but not anchored with cement footings considered a fixture? I.e. does it transfer to the buyer as real property? Or does it get removed? Nothing has been mentioned in the contracts. Purely looking for legal guidance. We know we can discuss with buyers, but may not want to since there's the risk seller would have to commit to removing it, and there are time constraints. [link] [comments]
