Real Estate Photography: Image Compression for MLS/Artifacts/Haloing |
| Image Compression for MLS/Artifacts/Haloing Posted: 22 Jul 2020 04:47 PM PDT All my clients ask for their images <2MB for uploading to MLS. I notice, especially with Lightroom HDR images that I've boosted a lot of the HSL on, that they are unable to be exported from Lightroom at 2MB. It's really upsetting when you're under the gun and the agent is begging for shots, to have to go in and resize your images using other programs. Even worse, if I can get it around 2mb, I will sometimes get really bad artifacts, especially in the gradient of a blue sky. Does this happen to anyone else? Any tips on exporting from Lightroom under 2MB? (I've noticed some of my heavily photoshopped twilights won't export at 2MB) [link] [comments] |
| Looking for practice editing shots Posted: 21 Jul 2020 07:56 PM PDT Just looking for some unedited flambient, window pulls, ambient, or whatever shots that I can use to practice with LR and then dispose of. I just want some editing technique practice using real shots by pros. I'm not out shooting listings yet and would love to stay busy in the meantime. I'm the first REP business within several counties of here, and convincing these backwards people to pay me money is hard because they don't want to be educated. I'm doing my best to convince them it's a small investment for a consistently larger income over time thanks to more showings and better offers. Email is shepeckphoto@gmail.com I'll Venmo $5 for your trouble. Not much, but the upgrades to D750/Tamron left a huge hole in my wallet. Thanks [link] [comments] |
