- Would like some tips and advice on my first full video! Anything welcome. This wasn't a final product, so some cuts are choppy. My 3 fav shots are the kitchen pan, the pan from the LR to the upstairs loft, and the fact that the garage door was in the same place with the drive in cut.

| Posted: 26 Jul 2020 07:29 PM PDT That wasn't easy. Certainly not as easy as that damn Rich Baum or Nathan Cool make it look. The house was staged like a frat house, had both daylight and warm bulbs together in the same room sometimes, and sheer curtains on every window so I couldn't even do a damn window pull. (I tried to slide them to the side for the living room, but ended up knocking the rod off) I could easily write a blog about the prep, the equipment issues, the shot issues, the homeowner walking around while I'm shooting, my tripod being in my only bathroom mirror shot (which I managed to edit well enough to fool a few idiots), and a lot more. I only took about two hours...which was the blink of an eye to me. My wife thought I had died. Also I had absolute shit for the front exterior due to the massive tree's shadow. The realtor was satisfied, as this is one my free 3 freebies I offered to start, so I suppose that's all that really matters. I MUST order a camranger mini or something of that nature. The Nikon wireless app is pure garbage. I had no idea if I was focused without switching off LV and checking with my eye. That, plus 1000 other reasons, made me glad that none of you were there to see me. It would have been quite entertaining. Included the link to Zillow so you can entertain yourselves. Honestly, have fun. I had to laugh at a lot of it too. At least I learned a lot from this. [link] [comments] |
