Would it be a good idea to start as an real estate assistant? Posted: 02 Jul 2020 07:18 PM PDT I'm doing research because i'm interested in the business and getting into it. The common theme is have money saved up(makes sense). Hypothetically; getting into the business, nothing saved up.. is being an assistant to an already established real estate agent a good idea for the first couple years? [link] [comments] |
Taking the CA Salesperson License Exam in 1 month. How to prepare? Posted: 03 Jul 2020 02:44 AM PDT I'm going to be taking the CA Salesperson License exam in 1 month. Due to COVID I've been so swamped I haven't had time to prepare. I know basically nothing, but am a fast learner.
Thank you so much! :D [link] [comments] |
Instagram/Social media marketing, business cards, etc... Posted: 03 Jul 2020 12:23 AM PDT At what point in your career did you (if you did) make an instagram or facebook page for your real estate business? Did you keep it separate from your personal page? Also as far as headshots, business cards, etc. Did you wait until you were officially with a broker? [link] [comments] |
How to generate sales for real estate ads? Posted: 02 Jul 2020 04:50 PM PDT Hi guys! I'm a real estate agent here in the Philippines. I'm selling a certain real estate property (condominium) in Cebu which one of the provinces of our country. I'm running these Facebook ads that targeting other countries where most of the Filipinos are working abroad, for example, are the United States, Saudi Arabia, Japan and etc. I also did exempt from those real estate agents or brokers like me to avoid competitor checks. However, I'm running this ad for 4 months and still did not generate any sales. Other agents did already so for sure there's something wrong with my targeting or campaign maybe. My ad creative is our official presentation. A good one. But if I target in our province (Cebu), I receive tons of message inquires, but not a quality one. Can I ask for help? Thank you! Realtor education course ideas - Oregon Posted: 02 Jul 2020 08:53 PM PDT Hi, So I have myself and two other people who are wanting to take an education course to become realtors here in Oregon. Basically we're looking for a course that gives us all the information needed to take the licensing exam and that we can split the cost of three ways. I figured someone here will have either a similar situation in the past or maybe the people who run online courses might also be present in this sub. Thanks for all your help! [link] [comments] |
