Real Estate Photography: What is the most valuable service to you?

Real Estate Photography: What is the most valuable service to you?

What is the most valuable service to you?

I recently started in the real estate photography and videography market in the UK. I offer floor plans photos and videos.

Personally I have no interest in providing 360 photos and Virtual tours as I feel photos and a well presented video can provide clients with enough to showcase the home.

I see that 360 photos and Virtual tours are getting bigger in popularity and just wondered what people in the industry think about them? Do you now provide them just due to demand and do you think they add much to your service?

Would love to get everyone's thoughts 👍

    RE Photography Hobbyist Camera Recommendation

    Posted: 03 Oct 2020 08:26 PM PDT

    Hi r/RealEstatePhotography

I have been researching online and found many professional photographers in this space spend anywhere between 1k-2k on a camera. I'm new and would like to practice eventually getting to magazine quality photographs. I just don't want to spend 1k-2k right now. I can upgrade if I'm able to attract clients with my work. For someone that is starting out would this starter pack be a good place to start?

    Thanks!
