My team has just opened up BETA Testing to this wicked app that brings together Matterport 3D Virtual Tours and AR.

The team is trying to revolutionise how we interact with digital experiences in physical spaces. What do you think?

    re-licensed image pricing

    Posted: 19 Nov 2020 03:38 PM PST

    hey all!

i have one foot in the real-estate world and one foot in the architectural / editorial world. luckily there's good overlap between the two and on newly built luxury homes that i photograph for the agent i often receive requests from architects/designers/builders to relicense photos.

i'm just curious what others are charging for relicensing. i have two different prices depending on usage - web/social and web/social/print — i've been regularly relicensing images for a while now but am curious what others are billing clients for similar projects.

i recently had someone want to purchase all 50 photos from a shoot and no matter how i sliced it or bulk discounted it the total was higher than i actually wanted to charge.. like not a bad problem but i felt skeezy charging that amount tbh
