Anyone use Real Grader for leads? Posted: 26 Nov 2020 07:52 AM PST Hello guys and gals! Starting my adventure into RE soon and have been told to consider Real Grader for leads. Anyone use this service? And if so would you recommend? Thanks! [link] [comments]
Posted: 25 Nov 2020 09:07 PM PST So I'm 17 and want to get a real estate license. After research, it said that the process usually takes around 4 months. I know you have to be 18 to get it and I turn 18 in February. Is it possible for me to start the process now so that I get it soon after I turn 18? Or do I have to wait till I'm 18 to start? I live in PA if that makes a difference. [link] [comments]
Posted: 26 Nov 2020 12:27 AM PST Im at keller williams, and they have command as a database but honestly it seems like a piece of shit and hurts to look at. On MLS lion desk is free I suppose. Anyone have a great CRM that is simple, effective, and cheap? [link] [comments]
Anyone taken MeetKevin real estate agent course? Posted: 26 Nov 2020 12:25 AM PST Curious if anyone has and I really want to know the in's and outs of real estate. [link] [comments]
E-Signature App Suggestions--Anything out there better/cheaper than Docusign? Posted: 25 Nov 2020 07:57 PM PST What are you guys using for e signatures and documents? I have been using DocuSign but it's pretty darn expensive ($250 CAD/ year). Looking for other options. I am located in Canada BTW :) [link] [comments]
does anyone have experience being a dual licensed agent working in both NYC and CA? Posted: 25 Nov 2020 05:51 PM PST Hi this is my first post on this sub btw. I have been a licensed agent working at various boutique brokerages in NYC for almost 4 years now. Doing mostly residential rentals with some commercial thrown in. Looking for a change in pace. Will be spending the majority of this winter in LA. I think I'm gonna go for my RE license in California too. Hoping to learn sales, seems like there's a larger market in CA as opposed to NYC which is predominantly rentals. Just wondering if anyone has a similar experience / feedback about the process in CA vs NYC. Thanks! [link] [comments]
