iPhone App to record seamless videos? Posted: 07 Dec 2020 03:02 PM PST Hi all, I was using Zillow's app to record videos for listings and I liked that I didn't have to edit the video together myself, it was limited by a lack of customization but streamlined which I love. Is there another app that functions the same? [link] [comments]
Flash blending without shadows Posted: 07 Dec 2020 09:14 AM PST I've been processing my own photos for years and only over the last year or so have been outsourcing. I've seen my images, and images of other real estate photographers pull off something I don't quite understand and I'd love to figure out how to achieve: How does one properly blend in a flash exposure without bringing in the shadows from said exposure? I shoot both natural light and flashed exposures and, in the past, I have just manually blended in certain parts of the flash exposure to add contrast and saturation - avoiding any area where there are shadows. However, I see these photos are achieving that for the whole image - and yet there are no shadows. I would imagine these Asia-based image outsource editing groups are handling hundreds if not thousands of images a day so I can't believe they would manually blend each one and not use some sort of quick workaround. Below is a photo of a sample. It's being used in an ad so pardon all the copy/fake graffiti example [link] [comments]
Posted: 07 Dec 2020 05:34 AM PST Hey, i am pretty lost at what is the best price to be charging from normal photos, videos, aerial photos/videos, 3d tour and maybe even floorplans. I have looked at plenty websites but they all have different prices should i charge about in the middle from what the other websites are offering? Thank you for answering! [link] [comments]
Posted: 07 Dec 2020 03:01 AM PST I'm in need of a better lens for real estate. Considering the laowa 12mm rectilinear to add to my Sony A7ii. Want to be able to use it for walkthrough videos too. Tempted by the ronin S gimbal alongside. Currently using iPhone 11 Pro on DJI gimbal which is ok but not great. And for photos using a d7000 with fish eye 10-17mm which is awful at best. Help or recommendations appreciated. [link] [comments]
