Posted: 29 Jan 2021 09:15 AM PST Hey all! I recently took the plunge and have gone out 100% on my own business! For the past two years I have been doing real estate photo/video for a friend and some other realtors in his brokerage just as a side hustle. But now that I am on my own I need more realtors/brokers. I have been updating my website and have been uploading to my Facebook (never had many views, so I'm uploading old work to look more professional). What are some good cheap (or free) ways to get new clients? Bonus question, should I be using Facebook, Instagram and/or other social media platform? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 29 Jan 2021 08:18 AM PST I've been doing this awhile now and have to say that the most burned-out light-bulb is the one in the pool -- and the one no one discovers until I'm there to do twilight shots of the backyard. "Oh, gee, that light doesn't work? I thought it worked." Except for faking it in editing, anyone found a good, reliable, cost-efficient underwater light for lighting a pool? I've tried an AD200 in a Ziploc bag with a MagMod diffuser and that got pretty good spread. A little nerve-wracking trusting the bag and hard to get consistently aimed right. [link] [comments] |
