Have you found that realtors/brokers discriminate against real estate photographers with visible tattoos?

I have about 1 year of real estate photography experience with one smaller company but I'd like to branch out to a larger company with more consistent listings. I have visible tattoos and that wasn't a problem with my current employer but I'm wondering if anyone in here has found that they've been passed up on jobs that they're more than qualified for because of their appearance. Thank you in advanced!

    Sony 10 - 18mm f4 or Laowa 9mm f 2.8 with Sony a6500 and Ronin SC.

    Hello!

I'm looking to start doing real estate videography and I need some advice. I've been looking on youtube trying to find the best lens to use and I'm seeing a lot of people suggest the Laowa 9mm and a lot of other people suggest the Sony 10 - 18mm.
I'd love to hear from some people who have real life experience with these lenses and how they perform. The main thing concerning me about the Laowa is the supposed vignetting and also the manual focus. I currently own a Sigma 16mm and I almost always use auto focus. The 10 - 18mm seems like the smarter choice due to OSS and auto focus capabilities. I guess my main concern with the sony lens is the f4 aperture and whether lighting may be an issue. Of course, I can bump ISO which doesn't look that bad unless we really get up there. I'd say I'm leaning more towards the 10 - 18mm as of right now.

I plan on shooting in 4k 30fps if there's enough light, or 24fps if it's a bit darker. I'm completely new to real estate videography so please go easy on me if I am lacking knowledge!

    Thanks.
