Real Estate Photography: Floor plans using a 360 camera (Besides Matterport) |
| Floor plans using a 360 camera (Besides Matterport) Posted: 11 Mar 2020 10:03 AM PDT Does anyone here do bulk real estate? I don't have time to measure each room and draw out a schematic. Are there any good alternative companies to outsource to besides Matterport? I watched someone use a Xiaomi MiSphere 360, taking maybe 1-2 photos per room and they sent it off to somewhere to be turned into a floorpan. I wouldn't mind using Matterport if I could use the Theta camera, but they mentioned I need their more expensive model with the sensors. But the girl I watched used a regular 360 camera with two fisheye lenses and no other special sensors. I've looked all over and can't seem to find any sort of company that does that sort of thing without either having to either go with Matterport or draw up the floorpan with all of the dimensions myself. Great post! Floor plans are a very useful addition to real estate listings. They help buyers understand the layout of the property and visualize how rooms connect with each other.
ReplyDeleteCombining professional photos with a clear floor plan can make listings much more attractive and easier to understand.
