| Is anyone doing high volume real estate photography? Posted: 07 Apr 2020 03:47 PM PDT I've been doing this for about two years and this year I finally started to advertise myself outside of my small little area. I have a good product and I find that once a realtor uses me, they come back and use me a couple more times. I'm looking for the best way to advertise myself and really break out and start doing 4-5 homes/day. I'll run Ads in Facebook and Google but I feel like it's a lot better use of my time to either give presentations or call a realtor directly. Thoughts from those who are experienced? | RE Drone Photography Only Feasible? Posted: 07 Apr 2020 07:10 PM PDT Can anyone chime in on if it's feasible to do just drone photography (for RE and more). I'm not really interested in going inside the houses and taking photos, but would like to do the drone side. Has anyone had any luck in doing this with their Part 107? Tips? Is the market flooded with 107 pilots? Team up with other RE photographers for a better package? Trying to research on it proves difficult. I can find a ton of RE photographers in the area, but not much on the drone side of it. [link] [comments] |
| Posted: 06 Apr 2020 10:29 PM PDT Forgive me if this has already been asked. My question is aimed toward real estate virtual tour makers. I am trying to startup my own virtual tour and photo business aimed at real estate after being fired from a company that does the same, for no reason. I was operating a Matterport Pro 2, and that is unfortunately way out of my starting budget. I was looking at purchasing either a RICOH Theta V or Theta SC2 and using the RICOH Tours application. Here are my questions.
Any advice would be appreciated! I am most familiar with creating the photos and tour, but not too familiar with the back end and sharing of the created content. Thanks in advance! [link] [comments] |
