Anyone use Canva pro for your RE business? Canva has pumped life into a lot of my ideas, just wondering if the premium features are worth it

COVID-19 and the Market: Where do we go from here?

Is anyone else having a hard time converting leads right now?

    Posted: 06 Apr 2020 06:04 PM PDT

I feel like I'm hitting my head against a wall. My pipeline from the last six months has just got pushed out another six because of the shelter in place. People who were planning to buy now are putting it off due to job uncertainty, health concerns, and just not that interested anymore due to the circumstances. I know this is all temporary but it's driving me crazy. I'm trying virtual showings but COVID-19 seems to be the one objection that I can't hurdle. Any one else feeling this way?

    Question about rental commission?

    Posted: 07 Apr 2020 08:52 AM PDT

New agent here. I had a friend tell me they wanted to rent. I was just curious, where does the commission come from in a rental transaction? Some more info on rentals would be greatly appreciated as well.

Realtors- can we do hard money?

    Posted: 07 Apr 2020 02:23 AM PDT

I'm interested in obtaining my MLO and working under a hard money lender. Can I work at a big box brokerage for residential sales and work at a mortgage brokerage to specialize in hard money? I've heard unless you're a broker you can't do both. But I recently got a email from a real estate school stating you in fact can do both. Please help!

What happened with RE market in 2008?

    Posted: 06 Apr 2020 08:21 PM PDT

Witnesses of 2008 crisis, what happened then? How market reacted, how restoration was going? I'm from different country and know nothing about that crisis - what happened, reasons, consequences and circumstances etc. Would be really glad to know that. Thank you!

Mortgage sales or become a realtor?

    Posted: 06 Apr 2020 07:20 PM PDT

Before I take the dive into the realtor license, I also have thought about getting my mortgage loan license.

What should I lean towards? Anyone who's done both? Pro's and con's?
