    Closing Gifts During Pandemic

    Posted: 22 Apr 2020 09:45 AM PDT

What is everyone doing for closing gifts during the pandemic? I've had a couple closings and agents aren't allowed in the same room, so in an attempt to limit interaction I didn't even give a card. I have told clients I'd reach out to them in a few weeks assuming the chaos dies down.

I usually give restaurant or Home Depot/Lowes gift cards if I can't come up with something creative based on our interactions. Curious what others are doing during this time.

    Hey all,

In Kansas specifically, how would you handle a pre-qualification offer instead of getting a pre-approval offer?

Selling my house, should I upgrade?

    Posted: 21 Apr 2020 11:37 PM PDT

We are about to sell our house. We have changed flooring and painted. The bathrooms upstairs have linoleum. Should I change out the floor or keep as-is? Would bathroom flooring is something you would recommend? The floor is in ok condition.

    Help with Facebook ads

    Posted: 21 Apr 2020 02:01 PM PDT

    Hi everyone,

I'm creating my own FB ad for my new rental listing to attract more leads to my website but I keep being rejected by Facebook with this following message: This ad can't run because it appears to be for a housing opportunity and isn't identified as being in a Special Ad Category. Choosing the correct category is an important part of complying with our non-discrimination Advertising Policy.

    Here is my ad:

Check out my new rental home in FW! (Walk-through video available)

**Thinking about making a purchase soon?**

Here are "under $250k" listings in North FW (updated daily): (a link to Bitly website which is my website so people can view houses)

( and a link to my listing on my website)

I don't specify anything in Detailed Targeting but I chose the location which is 15 miles from the location of the house. I chose " Get More website visitors" ads at the beginning by the way. Please advise what I need to change to get it accepted. Thank you
