Real Estate Photography: Crop sensor or Full Frame

    Crop sensor or Full Frame

    Posted: 08 Jul 2020 08:15 AM PDT

I am looking to get into real estate photography. I currently have a Canon T6i and looking to purchase Ef-s 10-22mm. Would this be a wise decision or should I look into a Canon Full frame? To be honest I am leaning towards the camera I already have but looking to spend the money on lighting. I look forward to your comments.

Beginner quality. Doesn't need to be high end or high tech. Also used full sensor Nikon camera body if you have one you want to part with.

    Taxes

How do you do your taxes when it comes to equipment you bought in the year? Do you depreciate over time or take it out in one go? I also built a PC for photo/video editing, can I depreciate that as well? I'm also wondering about the services I use to even be able to do the work I do like Adobe, Epidemic Sound, Matterport subscription, Google Drive expansion to send over large files. Basically what are the rules to when it comes to taxes and assets you use when it comes to photography?
