Real Estate Photography: Help! Going back to the same house for video today. I shot these yesterday but wanted to know if there were some other photo shots I should get. I'm going to get one with the sliding doors open from the patio and inside. Other than that anything else?

Video Settings (Frame Rate, Shutter Speed, Aperture, ISO, White Balance) Looking for guidance!

    Hello All!

So, I wanted to hear your thoughts on settings for video.

For me, its slightly the wild west. Whatever gets the shot, sometimes.

I tend to stay at 60p for flexibility in post. I'm aware of the double frame rate shutter rule, but don't know enough to know if that applies in this line of work. Isn't that for a specific look? I'll try to stay at 1/125 when I can, but as some of you may know, dark rooms need more light. When there are 3 settings you can change to do so, its tough to know which one to change (shutter, aperture, ISO).

I just recently started to try to stay at f4 or higher. f2.8 wasn't cutting it, not sharp enough.

My camera (Sony A7iii) isn't terrible at high iso, so I'll try to stay as low as I can when doable but will comfortably go up to 1600 ISO when needed.

Do you have a playbook on how you adjust your exposure? If something has to change first, change this, then if you need more, do this, and in extreme cases, change this last.

Any input on white balance would help as well. I'm often on auto inside but will find that it sometimes changes quickly in a single shot, once I'm in post. Go figure!

    Thanks for your help!
