Real Estate Photography: Best Floor Plan App or Service? |
| Best Floor Plan App or Service? Posted: 12 Aug 2020 01:21 PM PDT I recently purchased the Ricoh V 360 camera to do Matterport scans with. I have a client who needs floor plans. Unfortunately, Matterport only offers floor plans for their proprietary cameras and not the Ricohs. Cubicasa was an app I heard a lot about. Unfortunately it lacks something that seems extremely basic and standard to me -- total square footage of the property. Why did they do this?? I need an app I can use myself that will provide total square footage printed on the floor plan. Any suggestions? Edit: or not use myself... [link] [comments] |
| Posted: 12 Aug 2020 08:22 AM PDT Hi fellow photographers! I agreed to shoot a property video for free for an agent to build my portfolio. At the time, I had a full time job, and I was okay with shooting/editing the video for free. I gave them 4 versions (full, branded/unbranded; 1 minute, branded/unbranded). It's two months later and they are now asking me for a 30second cut. I'm happy to do that, but I need to get paid for this. Any thoughts on what to charge for piecing together these videos? I was thinking an hourly rate...? [link] [comments] |
