Posted: 30 Oct 2020 07:37 PM PDT I'm out of work in the events industry due to Covid and have been thinking about getting into making virtual tours as a new source of income. I can make 360º tours pretty easily, and it seems like they're popular with real estate these days, but after talking to a realtor friend it seems like I might not get booked JUST to make virtual tours of homes, unless I can also provide traditional photography as well. If that's the case then I wouldn't be adversed to buying a cheap DSLR and wide lens (I used to take a lot of photos a few years back when I had my own camera) and getting good at doing that as well, but I was hoping to get some advice from people here - is it unheard of for a realtor to book someone speficically just to make a video or 360º Matterport tour, without also providing still photos? Problem with Overflashed Secondary Room/Showing on Wall Posted: 30 Oct 2020 06:45 AM PDT Hey Everyone, Like many other people starting out I am following Nathan Cool's flambient blending. I am having problems with either flash showing up on the wall near where the flash is located, or the flash overpowering a room messing up the white balance in that room. I have attached a couple of examples of what I am talking about. Am I doing something wrong? If so how do I improve? Thanks for your time. [link] [comments] |
