Posted: 02 Oct 2020 11:37 PM PDT Posting for friend I am considering getting my real estate licenses but had couple concerns about background check. I don't have any convictions but have two deferred judgments. 1 was for contributing to delinquency of minor in 2011 and 1 was theft in 2005. Both would have been felonies. So my question is how far back do background checks go? Should I disclose previous chargers? And do you think I would be able to get licensed in Colorado? [link] [comments] |
Real Estate Photography and Questions about Creative Marketing Idea Posted: 02 Oct 2020 05:12 PM PDT Hello r/realtors I am involved in real estate photography and was wanting to create an instagram showing off my work. i'd be taking pictures of houses listed on the MLS. This has the assumption that the realtor has given me permission to take pictures but is there any legal issues I could run into if I'm using it to funnel interested buyers for the agent? I do not have my license but plan to obtain one in the future. i am in Texas also. Thank you! [link] [comments] |
As a broker have you ever done leasing for a compamy? Posted: 02 Oct 2020 05:00 PM PDT Look at title. Currently a real estate broker and not doing too hot tbh. I need to pay off some debts that I have. Found a job on indeed. leasing agent in the city: "Pay: Commission only, 50/50 split. For example Most leases are $2400/month so your commission would be $1200. Most agents sign 4-7 leases per month. Rentals range from $1200-$7,000 per month. Monthly income ranges from $4,600-$20,000+ Upfront costs: $295 for training and backoffice. FYI: the $295 fee is reimbursed when you sign your first lease. $50/month backoffice fee applies for marketing and crm databases." Has anyone here been a leasing agent in the city? And they have satellite companies in different cities as well. It almost seems too good to be true. I also can do residental sides as well and they have no limitations for that. If this is the case I will be leaving in a month to go find a place in the city. I think I am going to do it. Comments on what I should ask the hiring agent next week? Even though it is a step down from broker to leasing agent I think this actaully might help me in the long run because I want to be a in a bigger city. Also there is a ton of fees I have to pay coming up next year for annual dues so this may help! [link] [comments] |
Does anyone know where I can find a map of the different MLS systems in Colorado? Posted: 02 Oct 2020 01:52 PM PDT I am a realtor using REColorado, which covers much of Denver and the front range, but I have a client interested in mountain properties. [link] [comments] |
