Real Estate Photography: 360 Tours and Floorplans |
Posted: 17 Nov 2020 08:12 AM PST Apologies if this isn't the right place to ask. Alongside photography I also measure and draw up the property floorplans and shoot 360 tours now too. My floorplan software is about £49 a month currently. I was wondering if anyone knows of, or uses, 360 software that produces decent floorplans too. I'm hoping to save money by using only one system. I'm looking at using Metareal but I'm not sure how good the produced floorplans are. They also do the dollhouse 3D view that my main client really likes. Thanks in advance. [link] [comments] |
Sony A7R2 or a64/6600 or Fuji XT4 Posted: 17 Nov 2020 09:22 AM PST I'm looking to upgrade my camera set up. My favorite FOV is around 115° (15mm ish on FF) Any thoughts? The glass I've been looking at is the Sigma Art 14-24 for FF, and the Sony 10-18 for APS-C. Thanks for any and all input! [link] [comments] |
Posted: 17 Nov 2020 10:40 AM PST Hey everyone, I'm a 15 y/o student and I recently got into real estate photography. My parents own a lot of property and I got super interested in photographing it. This summer I offered my services for a one-time free shoot, so I could get some pictures for my portfolio, and this large agent agreed and said he'd like to hire me. Long story short he was a dick and blocked me after I sent him the photos. When school started back up I got busy, but I've recently got some more free time and wanted to get back into it. Does anyone have any tips on finding clients that would actually stick with me? I found him on Zillow because his pictures were really bad, but I haven't been able to get a reliable place to find any agents needing photographers. [link] [comments] |
