    Real Estate Photography: Basic computer

    Basic computer

    Posted: 18 Jan 2021 09:57 AM PST

I am just starting to explore real estate photography and i plan on doing some graphics design on the side (nothing crazy). Honestly all i have now is a amazon fire tablet so I need to buy a New or new to me computer. There are so many suggestions out there its overwhelming. i cant spend much over 200 , prefer less (nut maybe as much as 3??) as I still need to the rest for other equipment.

Can anyone help me find a computer that will work to get me started with out spending tons of money?? Also opinions on new user photo editing software that would be easy to start?

Thank you For you input and suggestion!! I appreciate everyone's time....

Flash model suggestion for Window Pulls

    Posted: 18 Jan 2021 04:44 AM PST

Hi, I want to buy a flash to do 2 things.

    • Window Pulls with darken mode in photoshop so I can save editing time.
    • Flambiant photography

Gear: Camera is a Canon EOS 90D with 10mm-18mm lens.

Would like something max 200$ USD before tax, but do not quite know where to start. Never used a flash before.

    Anything to suggest?

Quick and affordable ways to create 2D floor plans

    Posted: 17 Jan 2021 09:03 PM PST

    Hey folks,

Wondering what the quickest and most affordable ways are to create a floor plan of a house I'm shooting?

I'm not doing any 3D tours so just something I can create the old fashioned 2D drawings on..

I assume laser measure and then some sort of app/website? Should I have a tablet handy to do it on the spot or just draw a rough sketch out and do it at home later?

    Thanks in advance!

    1. Having a good computer setup is actually very important for real estate photographers, especially when working with HDR images or multiple exposures. Editing large photo files requires a reliable workflow and proper software. Professional editing services like Phephotos
can also help photographers save time while keeping images clean and consistent.
