Real Estate Photography: Critique my second shoot |
| Posted: 06 Jan 2021 05:18 PM PST I did my first photoshoot a few weeks ago and tried some suggestions mentioned on the post. This one is a not a full shoot just practice shots at a new construction home. The view out of the window isn't the best so should I just completely blow it out to look white? Also, is there a way edit the reflection on the glass shower? Constructive criticism welcomed. Please let me know what I need to work on. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1K28SfXLNEswFIH5Fyv30Oh9mE1wB_4Fq?usp=sharing [link] [comments] |
| Posted: 06 Jan 2021 06:31 AM PST Although not directly photography, room measurements is a service my team and I offer to agents along with photos. We are currently on the hunt for a new way to make recording and delivering the measurements to clients easier. Right now we use a google doc thats shared with the whole team. The photographer duplicates the saved template, fills it out, exports it as a pdf and thats how it's deliver to agent. We've occasionally run into the issue where a doc will get accidentally changed/deleted by other photographers or the order of the docs will get messed up and the address we need is lost among hundreds of other docs. Does anyone have any easier/smoother suggestions of other platforms or ways we could be doing this? Btw we already use Cubicasa which provides room dimensions but were looking for a free/cheaper option for agents that don't want a floor plan as well. [link] [comments] |
| About to pull the trigger on Iguide Posted: 06 Jan 2021 12:07 AM PST Well, it seems the time has come for me to adapt or die. For too long i've ripped on 3d tours and now that i have lost alot of my core customers i have to pony up. Adapt or die. I've looked at options but looks like i will be spending the 5-7grand and jumping into the 3d tour world. I've selected Iguide over matterport. Anyone use that system here. I'm at the end of the line here and have to deliver. [link] [comments] |
