Real Estate Photography: Newbie here. Pricing??

    Newbie here. Pricing??

Hey everyone! I am a photographer and worked with a company that would do school portraits in the area but with COVID I have been staying home with my kids doing virtual learning. I recently ran into someone that I worked with a long time ago that is now a real estate agent and asked if I would be interested in doing her real estate photography and to send her a price list which brings me to my question; what is a good way to price your work for real estate?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

What is the most efficient way of editing?

Hi, I'm new to real estate photography. I was wondering what is the best way to edit to get the best quality photos. I have tried regular HDR with merging through Lightroom and I get good results but not amazing. I am trying to learn hand blending HDR with photoshop and it's been a bit difficult and time consuming. Is there a software that makes it easier to edit? Thanks!
