I'm deciding between the following two lenses to use on my A7III. I will be using them for photo and video.

    Sony 12-24mm F4 — $1649.99 (Sony employee discount, $650 off regular price)

    OR

    Sigma 14-24mm F2.8 — $1829.00 (Amazon regular price)

Both prices are in Canadian. Looking for suggestions on what one to buy, currently leaning towards the Sony 12-24 f4

What if you could offer inexpensive 3d floor plans for very little effort?

I see a lot of questions asked in here regarding virtual tours, but not so much re: 3d floor plans, which seem to serve the same purpose (or are even better - you can get a good sense of the layout at-a-glance, instead of having to sit there clicking or watching a video).

I was thinking that using my contacts in some low cost of living places (and eventually, AI), I could probably offer a service that makes (semi-accurate) 3d floor plans like this from just one video that covers the property, which wouldn't take a photographer much time to make. Cost to you would be anywhere from $15-50.

Is this something you would be interested in? It'd be an easy way for a photographer to increase their income - but is the demand there?

EDIT: Thanks for the responses, everyone. Based on your feedback, it looks like there is a market for this, but there are also competitors who are already doing a fair job of serving this need. Moreover, the market itself hasn't caught up to the possibilities here. With these considerations, I think it's best to target a different demographic than realtors for now.
