    I live in CA and moving to FL soon and getting my license there.

    CA Deparment of real estate has banned open houses and only allow scheduled private appointments with guest maximum of 3 people.

    Open houses are my favorite lead generating strategy.

Buyer is an existing relationship, is prequalified, and looking to purchase in the next 90 days. Search has already been started. Looking for someone to partner since travel is restricted due to COVID. Local partner only needs to tour the prospective buyer based on an established schedule.     What Real Estate Marketing Classes Would Appeal to You?

    Hello everyone,

    I'm the Marketing Director for a real estate company in Michigan and I'm currently in the process of putting together some classes to offer for real estate agents that are looking to learn more about/improve their marketing practices and want to get an idea of what areas people would be most interested in learning about.

    Below are a couple of current ideas I have to give you a little bit of an idea of what I'm talking about:

    • Running and Utilizing a Successful Internship Program (more useful for teams than single agents)
    • Getting Started in Video & Why You Should be Using it
    • Facebook 101: How to Use Facebook as an Effective Marketing Tool
    • Facebook Advertising: What to Know & How it Works
    • Social Media Platforms: Each One is Different - How & What to Use Each for

    I would love to here what topics people are eager to learn more about! I personally have a background in Social Media Marketing as well as Video Production, Graphic Design, and those type of creative fields so I want to do whatever I can to share my knowledge with those who aren't familiar with those areas.
