    Window Pull Exposure problem

Hi, I am starting a real estate marketing business and need some help concerning doing Window Pulls.

This afternoon I was shooting a house and I had trouble getting the right exposure for a window of a shot since it was very very over exposed.

I don't do automatic HDR since I don't like the look. I manually brush 1 over and 1 under exposed shots over my normal one.

    - IMG_2009_edited.jpg is what my final edit looks like. I don't like the Window Pull I did even though I tried my best.
    - IMG_2009_hdr.jpg is an automatic HDR done with Aurora HDR, just so I could see what the software could do as an Automatic Window Pull for this picture. Not that good.
    - The 3 other pictures are the normal exposure, over exposed shot and under exposed shot.

1 - Do you have anything to suggest as how to do a better Window Pull?
2 - Except for the Window Pull, do you have suggestion to make the picture better (overall)?
3 - At the right curtain, you can see a big reflection to the right side of it, which is very annoying. Anything to suggest to get rid of it (like adding some kind of filter to my lens for example)?

Canon EOS 90D, EF-S 10-18 mm f/4.5-5.6 IS STM. Edited with Luminar 4.

    Thank you!
