Real Estate Photography: Client can't upload jpegs please somebody save me |
Client can't upload jpegs please somebody save me Posted: 23 Apr 2021 07:34 AM PDT I've now had several clients have issues uploading the jpegs I've sent them, the most recent keeps getting a message that .webp isn't supported only jpeg. The files of course are jpegs at 3000x2000, nothing funny about them. I tried resizing them, they still don't work. The client is getting short on patience and I'm starting to panic. I've done just about everything I can think of, uninstalled and reinstalled photoshop, resizing, etc. They're uploading them to their own site, but it isn't just them who've had this problem. For the most part people have no trouble with my photos but one other agent couldn't upload them to bright mls, then I resized and they worked. This time resizing isn't enough, I don't know what to do. Has anyone else ever encountered something like this? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 22 Apr 2021 08:24 PM PDT Does anyone use a decent video and photo editor? I've got a decent photo-only resource, but looking to start outsourcing video work, as well. Any recommendations are appreciated, thanks! [link] [comments] |
