Advice for first meeting with a realtor?

    Total newbie here.

So I sent emails to a bunch of real estate agents in my area and I got my first reply. I'll be meeting him at his office and I was curious if some of you had any words of advice for me. Anything I should or shouldn't talk about on a first meeting? I'll be bringing my laptop in case he wants to see more of my work (he's already seen my website), but I'm hoping this will be a more casual talk.

Looking to connect with fellow Denver/Boulder RE photographers to hire

    Posted: 08 Mar 2020 02:48 PM PDT

    Hello!!

I love this subreddit, and am so glad something so specific exists.. it's been a fantastic resource. I hope this kind of post is allowed here.

I'm hoping to connect with some fellow Denver/Boulder freelance real estate photographers. I'm currently a freelance photographer, spending about 75% of my time working with interior designers and architects and the other 25% shooting high-end, luxury modern real estate.

As I shift my focus into architectural and design work, I'm trying to potentially bring on more photographers to work under me as there continues to be a growing demand for my real estate work.

I'm trying not to come off as showy or big-headed here. I just have a good problem of having a lot of work coming my way that I can no longer execute by myself.

There's a good chance that the work would be very, very consistent.

I would handle all of the editing.

If you are a freelance photographer in the Denver or Boulder area please comment or DM me.

    Thanks!
