Hi All, working on my 1st video.

Looking to add some text into my video with information on the property. (# of bed room, sq ft, washroom, near by). What would be the best way of adding this info? I'm using Adobe Premier. I came across some samples online, (see link below). How can i get this effect/template in Premier?

    Worst thing about Matterport?

    Posted: 20 Apr 2020 01:08 PM PDT

I've been wanting to offer my clients some 3d visualization stuff for their properties and naturally thought of using Matterport first. After combing this sub for a bit, it seems like people have a love/hate relationship with it. What's the worst thing about using Matterport?

I've also seen a couple alternatives like Metareal and others similar to that. Any alternatives you'd recommend?

What do you use for Virtual Tours and Floor Plans?

    Posted: 20 Apr 2020 04:27 PM PDT

Hi there, I am new to all of this but I have an offer to start doing real estate photography, floor plans, and virtual tours. I currently do photography for other purposes so I'm not worried about that, and have used Vectorworks in the past for other floor plans though I doubt it will be best for this.

My question is what do you use for floor plans and virtual tours? For the virtual tours I am looking into getting an insta 360 one x and using 3d vista but this is just with my couple hours of research. The easiest floor plan maker I have seen is Floor Planner though it seems that 3d vista may have some floor plan options.

Do you have any recommendations for what you use? Things to avoid? I appreciate any input, thanks in advance.
