Real Estate Photography: Best set up for 360 home tours? |
| Best set up for 360 home tours? Posted: 16 Apr 2020 02:39 PM PDT I want to get started in the 360/3D home tours for real estate part time. No video/aerial, just 360 pictures. Maybe you can help with recommendations: 1) camera? Thinking of theta z1 or xphase pro S. I'm ok with spending between 400-1000 on just the camera. 2) accessories? What must haves are there? 3) program? that is compatible to most major websites like Zillow/realtor/mls. Matterport is way to expensive. But maybe Cupix/kuula, I'd be willing to spend $30 tops a month. Do I need multiple programs? 4) price to charge? Do you charge flat rate or per sq foot for a residential house? I was thinking flat $99 for under 3000 sq ft. And $.05 per ft if over that. 5) tips and tricks? Got any books or YouTube recommendations to watch to improve? Thanks in advance! [link] [comments] |
