How to submit evidence to court.

    Hello,

I am in the process of suing a client t in the small claims court for unpaid work. The court date was set in April of 2021.

I did the photos and video for the client, however the client canceled after the work was done. The contract, that was signed by both parties, stipulates that the client is responsible for the full payment for any cancelation other quality after the work was completed. I completed the work, however the client canceled before I presented the finished product. There was no talk of thr quality, since the client did not see thr finished work.

My question is how do I present the proof that the work was completed. I have all the photos and can print thr exif data for each photo. What about the video file?

Is there another way of doing it?

I have to submit the proof to court and defender at least 10 days before the court date.

    Thanks for the help.

    Seattle Waterfront Video Feedback

    Posted: 26 Oct 2020 10:46 AM PDT

Hello friends of Reddit, I recently wrapped up a video for a waterfront home in West Seattle and would like feedback.

Everything was filmed with the Sony A7III with Zeiss 16-35 F4 and the DJI Mavic Air. It was a very bright and sunny day which made it difficult to expose properly - the agent wanted to focus on the view from inside as much as possible.

The agent is over the moon with the result and I am pretty stoked on it as well, also really pleased with the twilight thumbnail photo.

    Thank you!

Is starting as a side hustle viable?

I'm looking at trying to do this full time but not willing to take the leap. Does or has anyone done photography after work hours or on the weekends? I'd like to start off that way to build experience clients and a portfolio with the ultimate goal of it being full time.
