How to ask for a pay rise to match the workload

Note, I'm not going to do this just yet, but want to be prepared for the conversation.

I started a job I love 4 months ago with a 2.5k reduction on stated salary (£25k) with a view to seeing how I fared with the workload. I'm an estate agent photographer and videographer. I was hired for pro photos and the occasional promo video to boost social media presence. Since lockdown screwed up everything I'm now required to film and produce a video and shoot a full photo set for every property. I'm talking 5-10 a week on average, and it's eating into my evenings and weekends. I spend most Sunday's working on them. I could give them low quality thrown together content but that's no good for anyone and renders me useless to them.

Timescales. It takes an hour to drive to the area from home, and two or three a day usually takes me to around 3pm by the time I'm home again. It's around 3-6hrs per video edit (excluding imports and encoding) and 1-2hrs per photo set purely as I'm rushing. I would like to take more time on them but alas it's not feasible.

I am expecting them to up my wages at some point soon as it was advertised but I want to be working for a reasonable wage considering the technical aspect of the work. What should I realistically be asking for, the magic number? I don't want to ask for too much and risk ruining a currently good relationship with my boss but I am doing the work of a team on a weekly basis and I'm burning out.

Photography and videography (basic marketing pack) should be covered by agents desk fees and commission split with their brokerage.
