Real Estate Photography: Seeking Advice: How to price out an apartment complex shoot |
| Seeking Advice: How to price out an apartment complex shoot Posted: 15 Aug 2020 04:09 PM PDT Hey everyone, I'm seeking some advice on how to properly price out a job that will involve photographing three types of units offered at an apartment complex. This is a new development and I will be shooting a studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floorplans. My standard market rate would be $150 for a shoot of one of these units, but since these images will be used to advertise other units with the same floorplan, I'm unsure of how to price this job out. First time dealing with this scenario, so any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you. [link] [comments] |
